US Net professionals are available to help you with your dedicated hosting or colocated server. Our engineers and system administrators
are available to provide the following services:
$100.00/hour - minimum of 1 hour - Placement of server and network equipment
- Troubleshoot and/or upgrade equipment according to customer's
specifications, e.g. customer provided computer system devices
such as SCSI cards, video cards, ethernet cards, power supplies,
fans, CD-ROMs, and floppy drives
- Replace customer provided spares
- Act as liason with customer third-party vendors to resolve computer
hardware issues (third party charges are the responsibility
of the customer)
- Other services as agreed on by US Net and the customer
