Network Operations Center (NOC)
US Net performs network management, technical and customer
support from two fully redundant Network Management Centers (NOC)
located in Cincinnati, Ohio and Vancouver, Washington. Each
NOC is made up of three teams. These teams comprise the
Company's Technical Support Center (TSC), Network Management Center
(NMC) and Customer Care Center (CCC).
