Each Customer Care Center (CCC) provides first point-of-contact
for new service inquiries, billing support and other non-technical
customer related issues. In the event of a major CCC
failure in either the Eastern or Western Region, the remaining CCC
can be easily readied to take calls for customers throughout the
world.
