Technical Support Center (TSC)
Network Management Center (NMC)
Customer Care Center (CCC)

Up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, each the Technical Support Center (TSC) is the first point-of-contact for customer outages or other service interrupting technical problems.  In the event of a major outage at either TSC, the alternate TSC can be quickly staffed to take technical calls from US Net customers around the world.  Customer technical issues that cannot be resolved by the TSC are elevated to a higher status and are forwarded to the NMC for resolution.
